Howard Parker is a voice over artist who provides his voice to many movie trailers and commercials. He also serves as the current voice of Adult Swim's Toonami block, having done his first work for the block back in 2006 during the A Month of Miyazaki event.

After an internship at WIOQ in Philadelphia, Parker's first on-air radio gig came in Cape May, New Jersey at WFNN and WJNN. In the summer of 1996 he took a full-time gig as a Creative Producer for a cluster of stations in Lincoln, Nebraska. At this time Parker began doing side work, providing voice-over for commercials, for a local cable company. Parker then moved on to a cluster of radio stations in Ithaca, New York, where he also did voice work on the side. He was then hired as in-house voice-over for WYSP in Philadelphia and began auditioning for TV promo work and movie trailers. Currently, Parker is among the voice-over elite doing many major movie trailers and television spots, having worked for the Travel Channel, HBO, Cartoon Network, Court TV, CNN, USA Network, ESPN Classic, and Showtime.[1]
