When the town of Lincolnville decides to cancel the circus and replace it with Tony Hawk's Boom Boom Huckjam Tour, the demented circus owner, Larry Grimley, goes nuts and comes up with a nasty plan to permanently get rid of the Hawkman. Using his crazy band of circus freaks, Grimsley kidnaps Tony Hawk and other members of the Boom Boom Huckjam Tour, with the hope that the circus will remain the only show in town. Unfortunately for Grimsely and his poser posse of clowns and carneys, a group of young skateboarders have other ideas. Using their street smarts and skateboarding skills they come up with a plan to save Tony Hawk from a poop-filled prison and make sure the Boom Boom Huckjam goes on.
